You can set seven color labels using the Metadata > Color Label command, or use hot keys ⌘1 through ⌘7 (use ⌘0 to remove).
From the Settings window (Musebox > Settings menu command), you can enable the option to set color labels on the original files so you can quickly identify them in the Finder.
